At FlexShopper, I spearheaded enhancements on the FlexShopper.com website, our flagship ecommerce platform. These improvements streamlined the leasing process, 
making it even more flexible and user-friendly for our customers.
Additionally, led the full build of Gamerex.co, a gaming microsite built on Magento. From
collecting requirements to creating technical documentation and user stories, I oversaw
every aspect of the project. Despite facing numerous challenges and tight deadlines, I
successfully managed the largest development team, ensuring the MVP product met
business expectations.
One of my key achievements was overseeing the transition of existing vendor data to
Magento, a critical project that optimized our operations and improved efficiency.
Collaborated with a third-party lender to implement a groundbreaking project, enabling
our company to offer loans to tire store customers. This initiative resulted in significant
increases in revenue.
Developed comprehensive dashboards for Kanban vendor onboarding projects,
providing real-time visibility into project status and facilitating collaboration between
business and development teams. Furthermore, I created detailed process flow charts
to streamline operations and ensure clarity across all stakeholders.
During my tenure at ASUS Global PTE Ltd, I spearheaded the introduction of
smartphones, particularly the Zenfone, into the Russian market. Recognizing the need
for cost-effective marketing strategies, I devised innovative approaches to reduce
campaign costs by an impressive 65%. One of the key strategies I implemented was
leveraging online channels that were not widely popular back in 2014 but showed
immense potential for reaching our target audience effectively.
By harnessing the power of emerging online platforms and digital marketing techniques,
we were able to significantly lower marketing expenses while maximizing the reach and
impact of our campaigns.
The utilization of these online channels proved to be a game-changer for ASUS in the
Russian market, helping us establish a strong presence and drive sales growth for the
Zenfone series.
Earlier at ASUS I took the initiative to organize large-scale esports events as a sponsor
representative. These events were pivotal in promoting ASUS products (under the
brand Republic Of Gamers), particularly ROG laptops, to the gaming community. As
part of my role, I managed gaming tournaments exclusively featuring the laptops,
leveraging them as a centerpiece to showcase the brand's cutting-edge technology and
gaming capabilities.
These initiatives not only strengthened ASUS's presence in the gaming community but
also contributed to brand visibility and product awareness. By combining esports
sponsorship with strategic marketing efforts, we were able to create impactful
experiences that resonated with our target audience and drove engagement with the
ASUS brand.
